We had a great first week of school! The students are adhering to rules and expectations and have already started learning so much! We have focused on how to sit in class to pay attention. Ask your child to tell you what it looks like! Have a wonderful weekend!

If dismissal is delayed due to lightning, you will receive a notification via ParentSquare and text. We are required to delay dismissal for 30 minutes for every lightning strike within six miles of the school. Often, the delay is extended due to continued strikes. We are not permitted to dismiss students from the building in these conditions. Approved adults can pick up their student from the door next to the front office by presenting a car rider tag. Remain in your car and drive down the hill until you reach the loading area. Exit your vehicle and walk up to the door. If you do not have a car rider tag, you may enter the front office and present a valid form of identification. Bus riders will not be permitted to board the bus until the threat of lightning has passed. We understand that this is a slow process; however, it is required to ensure the safety of our students and staff. Updates will be sent out periodically to keep you informed. Kona Ice is Coming! 8/26/26

Our first Kona Ice day will take place on August 26. You can use this link to pre-order for the day. Remember that cash will not be accepted in the office, nor will we call students from class to pick up cash there. All orders must be prepaid, or students need to carry their own cash to the truck.
